Two Cork wedding venues among the best in Ireland 

Two Cork businesses have been recognised in an annual awards scheme that highlights the top locations across the country for nuptial celebrations.

The annual SaveMyDay.ie Irish Wedding Venue awards showcase and celebrate the best venues across the country for receptions, ceremonies, and parties ranging from intimate to larger weddings across a number of awards categories.

These awards recognise the top venues in Ireland for their excellence, high quality, and unique offerings, with Cork’s Camus Farm winning the Best Family Run Wedding Venue, and Fernhill House the Best Sustainable Wedding Venue.

“This year’s 17 winners represent the diverse array of wedding venues available across our country for engaged couples to choose from,” wedding expert and co-owner of SaveMyDay.ie," Shell Holden said.

“In 2025, we’re seeing couples prioritising creativity and personalisation when selecting their wedding venue and planning their celebrations.

“Creating unique and memorable experiences that truly reflect the couple’s personalities and values is a top priority for many.

“Sustainability also remains a key focus, with eco-friendly venues showcasing energy-efficient designs, locally sourced catering, and natural aesthetics.

“Outdoor weddings continue to captivate during the warmer months, and all-inclusive venues that allow couples to host both their ceremony and reception at the same location remain popular across all seasons.”

The winners were selected by a judging which included Miriam Fitzgerald of Spiritualist.ie, an award-winning wedding celebrant; Jennifer Quinn of Cirq Bridal, a sustainable bridal studio; Boyana Boeva of Boyana Weddings, a wedding celebrant; Jo Louth of Petals & Pearls, an online bridal boutique specialising in bespoke headpieces and jewellery; Lisa Chonier, wedding photographer, and food content creators Jessica and Rachel Hill of Dublinfoodietwins.
